Agreement For Search Ads Purchase

*The terms "we" and "us" refer to Classical-Mail.com*

Forbiddance of Inappropriate ad words use

Classical-Mail.com doesn't process any search ads with Incentive/Begging ad words like:

"I will buy more ads here if you search for me..." (Incentive)

"Please do a valid search for me..." (Begging)

If an advertisement is submitted using Incentive/Begging ad words, the ad info will be replaced with the following without notice:

"Search the web with the quality search engine..."

Exception

If the search engine that being advertised allows incentive promotion please state clearly in writing.

Rejection of Inappropriate Request

We will never force members to search, we do not accept request of insert any incentive/forced phrases that would lead members to perform a valid search for advertisers at anytime.

Disclaimer

We are not responsible to the search ad results at anytime, also we have no responsibility for any accidents that would happen to the advertisements or affiliate accounts (unless it's our fault) including, but not limited to, (Advertisers/Search engines) server down during the advertise period, suspension/termination of (advertisers) affiliate account...etc...
